I have 11 days to loose 7.2 pounds so I can be in the 150's! I can do this!:) No more binge and purge sessions. No more munchies on the weekends. No more not working out because I didn't eat all day. No more sitting on my butt! I need to be in the 150's by October 1st! I have to stay strong! No more EXCUSES!

i wish you would do some research on metabalism and what happens within your body when you are starving it by eating so few calories. I eat 1200 calories a day of healthy food (mostly) and lose 2 to 3 lbs a week! Please look into it. It doesnt have to be so hard
