Starting again, a little tighter. No more nuts, no more yogurt. Pushing the fat to and over 100, and protein over 50. Let's see. I must not despair :-) or do the wrong thing...Very, very hard to get it started and rolling, this time. :-( So today I spent a small fortune on a McDonald's double quarter pounder, with cheese and bacon...there. I feel full, and ok. Side salad made a pleasant difference.
Anyone knows the title of the book dr. Westman wrote, and that contains the famous page 4. I need a copy of page 4...Anyone?
