goooooooooood saturday mornin everyone...wakin up really early this morning..went to bed to early last night but was just to tired to watch any tv, like i usually do...im really lookin forward to this mornings workout...was thinkin right before i got up this morning that mabye takin time off from the gym is what i needed this summer to keep my body guessin as to what was in store for it this winter...i think about how hard it is to get up at 330am to get ready to go out in the weather to go to the gym, but im always so happy after a workout...and so glad i made the trip...i do miss my morning walks, but mabye takin the time off from those, will be good for my body as well...just need to get a steady routine of going to the gym an then gradually work a shorter morning walk back into my routine once again...todays plan is wally world later in the day...temps today are suppose to be in the 70s..been nice here last few days, but was very windy yesteday so didnt seem all that warm...well guess i will go ahead an fix breakfast, my eyes are open all the way and im ready to eat an get changed for the gym...still have 2 hours before time to head that way, but least i wont be rushed tryin to be there when i like to go today...lol...have a great day everyone...and for doit2it...the twin thing is something that my bud amryk started and it just carrys on each day...not related except thru fs....have a greatttttttttttt one ....

Good morning, twin! :) Hope you had a great gym session! We're having a pretty weekend, too. doit2it - when I met loosin here on FS, we just had all these things in common(love of walking, same pedometer and I don't remember what else) that I joked we were twins separated at birth.

Thanks amryk...I thought I was gonna die of curiosity, at a very old age. (That's from a children's story I recall about a long line of regal canaries on an island, who enlisted the help of a curious little boy because they were all "dying of curiosity". By coincidence, each one was extremely old when they died, of curiosity. I thought it was an adorable story.) Anyway, thanks for saving me from such a fate.
