Scale didn't move since yesterday, but it is unrealistic to expect to lose every single day. Had one of those mornings where I was arguing with myself over what to eat. My brain was telling me, gee wouldn't a muffin be great? Of course you can eat a sub sandwich with doritos for lunch. I decided to NOT listen to my brain and grabbed some strawberries and a spinach salad. Stupid brain trying to tempt me.
