Monday, Sept 19th...do not remember what I did for dinner...its sad that I cannot remember back 4 days...haha
Tuesday, Sept 20th...worked with my city councilman on a couple of projects to bring jobs to wilmington, Food: tea, banana and taco pie for dinner, crushed ww taco shells, ground chicken, taco seasonings, taco sauce, onion, yellow pepper, garlic, tomato's from the garden, lf re-fried beans, shredded cheddar cheese, lf natural sour cream
Wednesday, Sept 21st...long day - started with a meeting at the port authority that was beyond positive. They approved the land speed record races for hot rod magazine (economic impact about 2 mill for next summer) and entertained contingency approval on two other projects. Went to the planning meeting for the local parade, plan the pyrotechnics, hot air balloons and the animal holding areas, worked on some of the vendor areas. Went to church and worked in the sound booth (trying to learn how to mix the bands). Received an email from the job I applied for. They want to offer me the job. Go on friday to work out the details. Yea EMPLOYMENT finally. Food: tea, banana, back to nature cookies, grapefruit/sage juice, big mac, fries.
Thursday, Sept 22nd...Worked with the city again. Making headway on the project that wraps up Oct 10th. It is 282 acres that are being certified for the food industries. We are inviting all of the state officials, local news people, city council, commissioners and many more - hoping for about 120 mucky muck types. Food: banana, tea, chicken salad sub from subway, spaghetti and meatballs, homemade sauce, tomato, onion, garlic, roasted red peppers, Italian spices, balls where chicken with more junk in them, no bread - used panko instead...
Friday, Sept 23rd...Have my meeting at 2ish today about the job. Hubby is on vacation today and all next week, so pray that we still like each other at the end. haha... tonight is date night so will have to wait and see about dinner. Food: tea and a banana so far
