goooooooooood monday mornin...ate like a pig yesterday...was home an food was to handy...headed out to split wood with a wood splitter today...saturday took 5 pickup loads of wood to brians....all in an afternoon...then yesterday he picked up 2 loads by himself...i took the day off...so be another busy day today...weight is up...eating is off...and just havent been to strict with weighing in everyday like i once was...not been for a morning walk in several days...been sleepin 10 hours last 2 days..guess my body has needed it...
