Today was a little harder day. People at work brought all kinds of baked cookies, cakes and donuts. I am so proud of myself. I did not eat a single one! It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I just walked right by. I had no craving for it. But I was really hungry when I got home and made myself a salad and salmon burger right away. It is so important for me to have the proper food on hand.
