I joined about three weeks ago and I am having the hardest time sticking with it! I love writing everything down (except for yesterday). It has been an eye opening experience to see how much I have eaten. I would like to get thoughts on diving in. Perhaps depending on my own diet is my downfall. I know I am being weak and stress is a big part of my life. I am getting away on breaks from taking care of my Mom (93 and a cookie monster) but there must be something else going on in my mind. Poor body image?

I usually add food to my food diary the night before, it helps me plan things out and I feel more inclined to stick to what I had added. Things change sometimes, but more often than not I do stick to it. Try searching the internet for different diets. You may find one that seems easy for you to adapt to your lifestyle. The 400 Calorie Fix helped me get started then eventually I branched out on my own. I hope you can find something that works for you.

I looked up the 400 cal fix diet and it looks pretty good. Will the website give me a full description of what to follow or do I need to buy the book? You are such amazing resource. Very kind.

I think you would get more information by getting the book. Look in your local bookstore, it should cost about $10-$15. They are also selling it on Amazon for $7-$11.
