Woohoo! Another loss recorded today. I think I'm finally getting the hang of this WOE and activity thing.
And of course today is Easter and so I'm faced with jellybeans. I haven't eaten candy in two months (been using protein bars to satisfy sweet cravings) but I have a 150 calorie small packet of Jelly Bellys hidden in my cupboard. The package says that each bean is 4 calories. I seriously doubt that they are counting out 37.5 into each and every packet! Maybe the final bean is atypically small. Maybe I should just open the bag and find out -- but then they might find their way to my mouth!
I'm on the fence about breaking my long candy-free streak and I'd also be kicking myself out of ketosis. It's a long day yet. Happy Easter!

For me, the sugar kicks in the cravings for more carbs. Never seems worth it.

I am a CHOCOHOLIC BIG TIME! I Can't even think of Candy right now. I just started and I doing fairly well. From my true starting date I am down 12lbs. Still trying to get the hang of things. I am a work in progress.

Demon sugars are tough. At my age it is best to watch others eat them. lol I feel much better without them even though, I had a tiny chocolate heart yesterday.
