Recap of last weeks work out per BB.com..... Ive always wanted to share here with everyone and now I have a good reason to..

ABDOMINALS
Keep up the good work. This week you were able to do more than normal with six exercises for a total of 26 sets. You had an awesome distribution among your ab lifts with your leading lift, ab crunch machine, only making up eight of your 26 sets. Your average was 83 lbs. per set throughout the exercise.
TRICEPS
You definitely stepped up your workout with five tricep exercises and 21 sets. Of those 21 sets, eight were standing overhead barbell triceps extension, which was your top lift. During the exercises you averaged 17 lbs. per set.
CHEST
Way to keep the momentum going! You completed four exercises and 17 sets with your chest. Out of your 17 sets, five came from barbell bench press - medium grip, making it your top lift from the week. The lift really made your chest work, averaging 55 lbs. per set.
CARDIO
Good work on maintaining balance between cardio and lifting. Keep it up!
NOTES:
The 677 lbs. you lifted this week with your triceps is a new personal best. Way to go!
It's always good to look back on your progress. A mere six months ago you averaged 21 lbs. per set on barbell squat while now you've upped it to 50 lbs.
With 18 bicep sets, you did more than your three-month average of 14. Way to get after it, sister.
Whatever you've been up to lately is clearly working. Your ab strength has been on the rise.
