Today, I have set my goals for October. I plan on walking 66 miles for the month and I have a 2 pound weight loss goal for each week. I hope that I am successful in both goals. From the 13th of Sept through 30th, I lost 9 pounds, so I should be on course for the weight loss. I only walked around 47 miles in September. Which is only 4 days a week, I need to kick it up to at least 5 days a week and that still gives me the 2 days to take a break. I am hoping that something will break loose soon, I have been so good for 6 days straight and have lost only 1 pound, but I do feel kinda bloated so I think my body is holding onto water. I am pumped about this weekend, cause I am going to show myself that I can go a weekend and make healthy choices and still reward myself... I have received a lot of compliments on my apperance, it amazing at what and how a few pounds can make us feel...so I am looking forward to seeing how I feel under 200 for the first time in 4 years...one day, one step, one choice one body
