cnith's Logboek, 11 apr 16

Well this weekend was a mess. I didn't exercise and my fast didn't hold because I messed up. I waited too long and couldn't stuff myself in three hours enough for the next fast. So my fast got pushed and then it didn't. But today is a new day. I am keeping track of food again. This weekend I guess I'll count it as a cheat weekend because chocolate chip cookie dough and magic shell... yikes... Wouldn't be shocked if I gained back the 2 lbs I lost. I don't even want to look. But today I did my work out, going to try to do more later too. I gotta get back on track!

yeah but I gotta drop that, lol. I'm not an ice cream eater normally but this weekend omg! Oh well, we're all human. But yeah, should hide that thing somewhere so I don't go buy more ice cream!
