goooooooooood mornin everyone...woke up at 3am to get ready for my morning workout, ate breakfast and then went bck to bed..lol...body was tired even though my mind kept sayin o come on you can do this...well needless to say my body won...no workout in the gym today...but still gonna do my morning crunches in a few...in the last 2 days have done over 45,000 steps and figured i would be sore from my workout yesterday but not even alittle sore..so guess my body can handle the kind of workout i gave it yesterday...worked on truck at brians all day yesterday after the gym workout an i kinda think thats why im just so tired today...still straightening out the dents an dings in it...a slow process...but lest hes got a heated garage to work inside when its rainin like it did yesterday an with the much cooler temps...an with the cooler temps and the rainy weather takes longer for everything to dry as well...not the ideal time of year to be workin on a time schedule...well guess il get up an get on the floor an at least do my cruches...wish i had gone to the gym, but il be more rested tomow so i can kick it up a notch once again...have a greatttttttttttttttttt day everyone...
