Okay! I am totally committed to lose 40 Kgs (88 Lbs). I want to be healthier and lighter. I want to look at the mirror and feel good about how my body looks. The low carb high fat (LCHF) approach has worked for me in the past, and I believe in the science behind it. This time around I am fully committed to the low carb lifestyle.
I currently on the induction phase of the Atkins diet. My aim at this point is to enter into ketosis and remain in that state until I reach my target weight. I have all the support I need. My wife is on board and helping me prepare the foods I need to make this happen. I am truly blessed. I need to make take advantage of this supportive environment.
