IM STUCK! I haven't lost any weight in 2 weeks. I'm starting to get really really frustrated. I can't change my running plan because I'm sticking to a strict half-marathon training plan (I run 4 days per week). I'm thinking about supplementing in weight training, on top of the additional one day per week of volleyball.
I know I need to focus on abs/lower body muscles, so I'll give some weight lifting a shot (and hot yoga too for the first time tomorrow!!) and see if this helps at all...
