It was definitely a NO excuse Monday! I didn't sleep well, maybe two hours at most. I didn't want to get up, let alone hit te gym. I told myself get up, get dressed and get there. I refused for this to be another excuse not to start the week off right. I'm sure my body will hate me by the time I get off this 12 hour shift, but in the long run...it will thank me! Today I am strong, I am beautiful and I am worth it! 💪
