jessberry's Logboek, 09 mei 16

This is my motivational quote for the week. My goal for May is to weigh in at 145 by the end of the month. It's a stretch, but it gives my something to strive for. I plan on exercising every day, whether it be lifting, yoga, running, etc. Just as long as I move for at least 30 minutes per day. I'm more determined now than ever before. It's not just about being skinny... I want to be healthy and fit.
