I'm trying something easy and fun. I don't know what you would call it but I try and eat nothing processed and as little bread as possible. I can have fresh fruit, veggies, full fat dairy in small amounts, kean meats. I try and eat very little sugar that doesn't come from fruit or is found raw in nature like honey. So far I've gone down from 122.5 to 119.5. A couple days ago I was 116.5 but I've been sick so...yeah. We will see how this works out over time. I think this is something I could just live rather than it being a short-lived ideal.
