Eats & H20 on target today...oddly enough i ate exactly my RDI today..weird..i couldnt of fit one more calorie in there if i tried, before hitting red zone. I am not used to eating this much but my trainer says i should enjoy it while it lasts because after 5 more days of this he is pulling my carbs from my second last meal, and that is when your metabolism kicks into high gear and you feel the hunger pains for a bit, that are quickly replaced by the fact that i should be dropping 2 lbs a week. BOOYA.
35 minutes of work and off to pick up the jillian michaels ab routine you are all raving about and then to the gym for cardio: Stair Climber Song of the day Avicii - Levels...get it cause im climbing..haha..and Morgan Page - In the air while i skip rope & mimic the sweet boxers skipping rope on you tube..only i will be much slower and probably end up hog tying myself in the midst of trying to look cool at the gym..haha classic. It took more then a day to put it on. it will take more than a day to take it off. Move!
