MCT oil Question:

I just purchased MCT oil for the first time. How much, how often, and when should I take it. Each capsule is 1g, suggested serving size is 3 capsules. I'm assuming I count the associated kcal with it, looks like 25 kcal per serving. Do I put the full capsule in my coffee and blend? Heard great things about MCT oil, just not sure how to use it.

I have 10g (Coconut oil) in my coffee in the am and 15g in the afternoon..

I just slather that shiznit all over myself, ideally post workout, when the pores are full open, but anytime that suits is OK. #protips
