I have good days and bad days. I am sticking to under 1500 calories. The quality of the calories still need to have less carbs. Trite but true--Take it a day at a time....

One day at a time will get you there. :) Stick to your goals, take one step at a time. Don't worry TOO much about the carbs. Get a grip on the 1500 calories first, then slowly implement the rest, one step at a time. :) You can do it!
