Maintenance today, low cal tomorrow. Everything in check. Enjoying the calorie cycling. Knowing that maintenance calories are just 1 day away makes it easier for me to tolerate the cutting. Calipers still cooperating.

Debra, I will never be a woman. In my experience women only know how to use it to switch on. At least that's how it works in my house. :| Laura. Accumeasure is a good one and is under $20. I use a 3 point calculator online.
