Wow my weight is all over the map. Up and down up and down. I have hypothyroid disease and hadn't taken my thyroid meds for about 2 weeks. Maybe that had something to do with it. :)

I am sure that now you're eating a good amount of calories, your weight will start to show a downwards trend. You are doing awesome!

Keep on chuggin'! It's so hard to get into the swing of things at first, but the first time you notice a significant drop on the scale, or all of a sudden your 'go to' pants don't fit anymore (because they're too big this time!).. You'll feel amazing! Keep at it :)

Also, don't let the day to day fluctions scare you off... my weight would fluctuate between three pounds on a day to day basis, but if I looked at the overall trend over a week, there'd be a downward trend!
