gooooooooooood mornin everyone...wakin up to 19 outside this morning an gonna layer up like yesterday an do a mornin walk...took me 67 minutes to do 3.5 miles yesterday...so i didnt think that was to bad for the first time of walkin in a while...spent the rest of the day on the run...hit wally world, then took mom to a local grocery store..ate lunch an then brian an me took a rode trip checkin on trucks i had found advertised on the internet in our area...found several possible choices once he sells the 4 runner...i did take pics of the 4runner just need to get them on the internet to let you view the outside of it...will try an do that in the next few days...well...guess i need to get up from this chair an fix breakfast and get layered up for that refreshing morning walk...not sure what im gonna do about my gym membership...something to think about again today when i go for my morning walk...well have a great day and if your like me an its coldddddddddd outside...dress warm....lol...have a greattttttttttttttttttt day...
