It was nice to have some time for ourselves. We're always busy rushing around. It's nice to stand still sometimes. I'm hoping for a drop too. But I only record it if it sticks for more than 2 weigh ins - or until my challenge asks me to weigh in...lol!

pizza! yummy! if i have pizza i have thin crust but omg i love love love it. i need to calm down lol! Im so glad you got some me time with your hubby and do not worry about those 2 lbs. u know its just what it always is when u have some carbs and stuff.

Stacy, even though I know I haven't put 2 lbs of fat on since yesterday, it's always disappointing to see a gain. I love pizza too but I wouldn't want to eat it every week. I used to love deep pan, not anymore! Halfway through I asked myself if I am still hungry. The answer was "no", so I left the rest. Do you find it difficult to leave food on your plate?

I find it difficult to leave stuff on my plate - but I am trying to condition myself to think it is ok and better to leave it, than to feel uncomfortable or damage my health.

just the toppings have the sodium,it'll wash out with extra water. Maybe half the pizza next time and load up on the veggie salad first.I'd eat the pizza first myself,just sayin.

Jen...Eating salad first is a good trick. I am not too worried about pizza. It was only small and I don't eat it more than once a month. It's the unexplained gains and plateaus that I find really frustrating.
