loosinisfun's Logboek, 06 dec 09

gooooooood mornin...alittle warmer this mornin then yesterday morning...22...but while layin in bed this morning decided to take the mornin off from walkin..let my ankles heal from last 2 days of gettin bck into the habit of walking...they are alittle sore for some reason...not really sure why...even though i decided to take the morning off from walking, i still want to go..guess thats a good thing..lol...opened the curtains in the bedroom yesterday to let the sun shine in and when i layed down on the bed i just layed there an soaked up the warm sun...felt so good for a change...knowin that outside was the cooler weather...ended up layin ther long enough that i took a short nappy...weight is up just alittle today..not really sure why...could be cause of my ankles being sore...not really to worried about the gain..i kno its just a short term thing...todays plan is to go really light on the food...see if that makes a difference...something i have noticed over the last few months...the weight just doesnt want to budge all that much...regardless of the workout..yes it will come off alittle, but then it never continues downward, instead it just seems to stay in around the same place...very discouraging...still havent decided what to do about the gym membership...but im thinkin more about quiting ther and just walking...as i do enjoy my morning walks...and hopefully i will get enough weight off that i can wear my bib overalls once again on the days its to cold to wear 3 sets of sweat pants...lol...yes other morning when it was 18 outside..i had 3 pairs of sweatpants on...long sleeve sweatshirt, 2 hoodies, gloves, bandana over my nose an mouth an a ski mask on...all you could see was my eyes...but i was so warm that by the time i got bck from my walk, my tshirt under it all was soakin wet...well...guess i need to get up an get the morning started...have a great sunday....

I was sluggish during our cold weather walk yesterday. Actually - TOO bundled up! I got hot under the layers of clothing and felt sort of dizzy. We are hoping to have a better winter walk today.

it would sound like i have to many layers on when i walk, but really its not all as constricting as you would think...or at least i dont feel like it...and for me id rather be warm then cold on a walk...hope you have a great walk poet..il be bck at it once again tomow...
