Better Sore than Sorry. :)
I worked my legs yesterday and I am starting to feel it today. Yay! I spent time on my chest this afternoon and I only did two runs through my circuit. I've never worked my chest so much that the muscle twitches. It's a good thing. I know I looked like a pansy because I was struggling with my little 5 lb weights, but ya got to start somewhere! :) At least I was in the comfort of my own back yard. The birds are probably the only ones who didn't want me there and the mosquitoes got an easy meal off my exposed legs/arms. Oh well.
I'm proud of me for getting out there. I'm excited, and a little nervous, about the sore muscles I can expect tomorrow. It indicates to me that I pushed myself hard enough.
