goooooooood mornin everyone...first i want to say thanks for the comments ..i dont always say that, but i do appreciate the feedback...woke up this morning another cold morning but the winds are comin outta the south today for a change so that means warmer days are ahead...in the 40s today and even warmer by monday...and then well...lets not think about that...lol...should be at the gym an just cant seem to get motivated to get ther with the temps so cold..its like 21 right now but 13 with the wind chill...so not in the mood...walmart is on my list of things to do today along with going out to brians to help him again today...i just cant seem to get my weight to do anything like it did in the beginning...its an everyday struggle to eat right an to even get motivated to workout...im sure part of it is the weather...somehow i need to change my outlook on all of this...as i still have another 25-50 i would like to forget where i leave it at...but im slowly loosin faith in the fact that i will ever work it off...even thought this morning about doing jullian michels dvd shed the pounds workout...be a different workout an all id have to do is slip it in the tv..an get my ankle weights out and do alittle at a time to work bck into it...gonna get up an eat breakfast to get my day started right an then...let jullian get me started for the day...have a great one everyone...an for those of you that live east of me...hang in ther...warmer weather is comin your way...lol...

jullian kickd my butt..couldnt keep up with her...but hopefully after a few days that will come an easier habit to keep...lest i can get a different workout...lest i be gettin a workout...

Jillian may be just the trick...she doesn't accept any excuses. Did you see the Biggest Loser guy who lost 239# in 7 months??!!! Makes me angry!!! (LOL) But if he can do it, so can we. RIGHT???

well im sure the guy that lost the 239 had more avenues to get it off then you or i...but im still happy he got it off an hope he learned from it..

i'm sure he had all the professional support in the world...still, he had to eat something...and you can't workout all day, everyday. i want to know exactly HOW...then I want to copy him. i'm not asking to lose 200, just 20!
