Hey buddies, It's been 8 crazy weeks, moving to a new city, starting a new job, not having a kitchen till now... I have eaten a lot, especially the first week in my new flat, but somehow managed to gain only one pound. I'm kinda proud of that! :-) The canteen at work serves super fat food and the past week I managed to bring food from home instead. Today I went grocery shopping to the farmers market and I am planning to cook proper and healthy food again from this weekend on and to start again tracking calories daily. This week I made it to go swimming and climbing. It's the first time in 6/8 weeks I made it to practice sports (besides of going running once, but it's no good for my back and ankles). I want to start practicing sports twice a week again, and finally loose other 10 pounds. I love my new job, and I really miss my friends still living in the town where I lived before for about 6 years. It's a new beginning, it's exciting and at the same time I feel alone.
