lunch - large smoothie - broccoli, beets, mixed berries, mango, tumeric, ginger
broccoli and carrots with 2-2.5 servings of cilantro jalapeno hummus
dinner - homemade Okonomiyaki - japanese cabbage based omelette with a drizzle of a special sweet dark sauce - cooked with onion, mushroom, zucchini, red bell pepper
1 C spring mix with homemade carrot ginger dressing
4 oz of white with
72 oz of water 1 lactation tea
