Jenfar's Logboek, 26 jul 16

So I was not doing FS for a long time..not exercising, not weighing, eating poorly and this Sunday i was on the beach and I said I have to stop this.... as usual for me I have to go bottom to get to the top... I wasn't prepared for beach day on Sunday, bought extra portions of fries by mistake for the kids and as I was hungry....ate them...! no excuses... Monday morning I did a weigh in...OMG.. i could not believe it I've gone back to where I started 3 years ago...2016 has been a pretty stressful time for me both on the homefront and at work... my stopping exercising and poor food choices is now showing up and I have to pick myself up and start moving again. Last night after i finished from work at 9pm, I went for a 10,000 steps walk and was happy I did it. From yesterday i started meal-planning with Fitera community instead of the mindless eating... it will also give me portion control... I will be off to a cruise in 2 weeks time....drat i will not be looking my best but i will try to get my weight down, even if not in time for the cruise. Baby steps, baby steps. I have the mindset to do it now especially after this weigh in reminder.
