gooooooood mornin...spent the day at brians yesterday strippin down a 5th wheel camping trailer...scrapped out all the aluminum off it yesterday an got it ready to turn in today...it was a mouse home...an stunk inside..glad i was sick the day they broke down the insides..all thats left is the floor, but the smell is still there...he plans on burning all the wood from it today...still has to burn off the insulation from the wiring....i have things to do today that i didnt get done yesterday...so dont plan on going to brians today...knee is still puffy...but thats not keepin me from getting things done...several errands plus grocery day at one of the stores...might go back to eating lettuce again..its all water but if i eat it early enough in the day then most of the water will work its way out before i weigh in each morning...just get so bored eating the same food all the time...got a few rain drops yesterday but not all that much...suppose to rain again today but looks like its gonna go north of us once again...another cloudy day...well...only 436...might lay back down and get a couple more hours of sleep...with the time change...just cant seem to adjust yet to that extra hour of sleep...have a great one...

Hi Loosin, put some ice on that knee...I love head lettuce and not the
packaged kind as every time I eat it I get sick..must be what they clean it with...Thanks for the info about the water content..will eat my salad before supper from now on..Have a great day buddy....☺

thanks bren...when i cut up lettuce..i get out a tupperware bowl with lid, cut up the whole head...add boiled eggs, cheese, my choice of meat, and watered down salad dressing...stick it in the frig...an when its time to eat...pull the bowl out ..take out what im gonna eat...an put it back...just makes it easier to stick with a plan...you have a great day as well..

You need to take care of that knee Loosin! I don't like packaged lettuce either Bren, it has a funny yucky taste to me and even if I eat out, I can tell if restaurants use it. Yuck! Great idea having the salad ready to grab instead of something else Loosin! ;-) Have a great day!

Loosin, I fix the whole head as well..I put cucumbers and a little bit
of a carrot..my husband and I will eat on it for at least 2 days..I put
1/2 serving of dressing with added water too...and a sprinkle of shredded cheese and some olives..Yummy..take care....☺

thanks bren and jav...yes when i was at the store today i made a point of getting 3 heads of lettuce...that should make it till next tuesday...ive been neglecting my salads for several months...an decided its time to start eating salads again..tomow i will make up my bowl of salad so its ready for lunch tomow...

before i started workin the weight off...i use to never fix food ahead...now it just seems easier to fix whatever im having that takes time to fix ahead...less time spent in the kitchen with less distractions when im tired ...keeps me more focused as well....
