Too many carbs, will have to forgo 2nd cup cappuccino. Amazing how they add up.Blob of mayonnaise a treat, mung beans and balsamic bit tart, had them as feeling rather tummy achy & hungry. Told myself no food today so have already fluffed that resolve. Water & more water.
