Same weight today, I think my issue is constipation. I've not been to the bathroom for #2 for a couple days. I'm drinking the required 64 oz, so I'm going to increase my Fibercon and see if that's enough, or I'll be looking at something more drastic.
Side effect is I feel very full, actually had a hard time eating this morning, and didn't finish my Kefir serving
