burble's Logboek, 03 aug 16

Rode gee this a.m early to beat the heat. Not being a morning girl, she moaned solidly all the way. Does it on purpose to make me feel guilty.
Been out for coffee, and now off out for lunch. Have only had coffee, no sugar this morning and will be careful with lunch. Still not lost any weight and think am doing it wrong.Perhaps not eating enough? how can that be, or eating wrong things? Will try and change times, so have breakfast for early lunch, lunch for early tea and supper at supper time. Bad time is 16/17,00hrs when ravenous so if I have small lunch shouldn't be too damaging. One small consolation, haven't actually put on any. Difficult to exercise much as rather hot. had a few jumps on my trampoline and that was enough, doggies still not had much of a walk. Ho hum. B

According to what I read you should eat most calories at breakfast, a smaller meal at lunch time, and the smallest amount for the evening meal. Not that I ever manage to follow that advice.

Thank you Jockot, 'Breakfast like a King, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper.' Old wives sayings very often have a deal of truth in them, soooooo I shall completely reverse my eating habits, not having eaten breakfast since I was 16 or thereabouts. This is going to be a challenge, no doubt will take a while to break the habit but am determined. B

Dr. Told me to stay at 1000 calories and I'm doing pretty well. It does make a difference if I don't exercise. Not so hot today so peewee and me will be out and about. Have exercise bike for bad days. Soooo boring tho. I read when I use that and the time just flies by. I also go to TOPS. That really keeps me on track. Have a wonderful day!!
