Lululoveskittens's Logboek, 09 aug 16

I am now married and have 6 weeks before I fly to the USA. I have gradually gained back on all the weight I lost last year so would like to get back down closer to ten stone - every day counts!!! I am going to aim to stick to 1200 cal a day max - and also watch carbs and sugar. Because I am saving to go to the USA I have cancelled my gym membership but will be doing a run every other day and also a routine of strengthening exercises like squats, lunges, tricep dips etc. Wish me luck chaps!!!
