Sugar waffle
Sometimes we all need baby steps. I am also on baby steps as I am afraid to exercise, it causes me so much pain. I have started on FS again and have determined that I have to do this I am not getting any younger. I am now in my 2nd week and am now adding trampoline as my exercise. as you say Baby steps until it you can walk a little faster. good luck You can do it!
