Seriously, I am so lucky to work from home. Went out to eat with my family and omg, I'm like what to do? It was a wing place and often salads are as fattening as meals (and I'm not a salad fan). Wish there were calories listed...Had steamed shrimp and onion soup.

I'm so busy making other people's spaces perfect, I don't have the energy to take care of my own. I need a cleaning lady! LOL Oh, that's me! AKA the pooper scooper

My kitchen is the cleanest room in my house! LOL Followed by the bathrooms...with 2 cats, one a champion shedder and the other with a delicate stomach, the rest of the house is just a holding action. But I do insist on clean sheets ever week. :)

It is the one room I have to have in order, especially in the morning when you want to make breakfast. Having a clean kitchen makes it more inviting for me to get at. I think Weight Watchers called it "taking care of your space" on one of their programs not too long ago. It is a good habit, especially the kitchen part. Organizing it to fit your needs to stay with your plan, as well as keeping it clean. I don't do WW anymore, but it is the one part that I try to keep with me while thinking healthy.
