GOOOOOOOOD MORNIN....7254 in steps yesterday...a morning walk in town and then walmart...after lunch then another grocery store...hate going to that store cause the prices are just outrageous compared to walmart or the other store i go to...but mom likes to look anyways...she looked at a turkey...a smaller one...but decided it wasnt worth what they wanted...its ok with me...im past having turkey ...probly eat like any other day...just another day...the plan today is for me an neighbor to do the yard...an get the leaves picked up...i rake both yards and he rides his ride with a leave picker uper ....it mulches the leaves an then we dump it all out by front ditch an city pickes it up...they did come by yesterday an picked up the leaves i raked there last week...wind was blowing outta the north yesterday so im guessin all the leaves i didnt make it to the ditch with is now back up around the house...raking is great exercise...but mom doesnt even have any trees in her yard...its from all the neighbors and most of them dont even bother to clean theirs up...i just want to take a chain saw...an take care of the problem at times...well...that time of day again...to make the bed...an eat breakfast...34 here this morning...and the high for the day is only 45...soooooo....be a layered up day today...well the start to many layered up days...plan on going for a walk this morning once the sun comes up...if it does...lol...have a greatttttttttt one...

I HAVE TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS... 6. HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD 7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!! 8. HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!! 9. TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE IS A GREAT WAY OF SEEING WHAT IM STICKIN IN MY MOUTH!!! 10. WATER...WATER...WATER...ITS IMPORTANT TO FLUSH MY TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
