well I was really proud of myself last night. I baked a banana bread crumb cake and gave it all away. well accept for about a teaspoon that was left in the cake pan. My grandkids, son, daughter-in-law and mother and father in law really enjoyed it. I love to bake and was really missing it. I chose to eat a fiber one cinnamon cake snack instead.
