Right so for the last week have been preparing for our businesses launch party so diet has not been at the forefront of my mind. The launch was not the success we wanted it to be but it wasn't a total failure either. The thing however that has really really really got me is my business partners husband who has a good understanding of kicking a dog when it's down and pit his understanding to good use lecturing mysel and his wife of how rubbish we are and not capable of running a business. So needless to say this weeken was also a wipeout with diet as anger and hurt over took any other feelings. HOWEVER today is Monday. Today is the start of a new week. Today is the start of a new beginning. SO roll on the business. Roll on the diet. I will succeed.....let's face it nothing in life worth having is easy and if everyone walked away after Thierry first failure we would all be really really fat and there woul be no business owners or people like Richard Branson or Alan Sugar .... So that guy can stick his words where the sun don't shine!!!!
