goooooood mornin everyone...went to walmart yesterday an got the shoppin over with there for the week..finally broke down an bout a 10 minute solution...dance off fat fast...dvd..had been lookin for some kind of dvd that i thought i could stick with...i have 2 other dvds but just cant seem to stick with them...an i thought mabye the dance one i could since i just keep movin even if i cant do the moves...figured any movement better then none...well i did a short workout yesterday afternoon...not sure how long it was..but im sure it was only 2 or 3 min...needless to say later in the day i could feel the soreness..lol...but today im fine...so after breakfast gonna get bck into the dance routine...there are six workouts on it...thought id keep buildin up till i can get thru the first one then switch to the next one...i kinda thought mabye a week i would be thru it, but after yesterday im thinkin its gonna take longer to build up to that..lol...but thats a good thing..longer it takes, more muscles i find that havent been movin in a while..then after workout need to take mom to a local store so she can look at the meat...and i need to pick up a bag of chicken to precook ahead...well...need to get off here an eat breakfast so i can get my workout started ...have to get this day started out right...have a great day everyone...

I have the dance DVD you just bought. My favorite segment is the slim and sculpt segment. It is the last choice on the menu. In the other segments the instructor gyrates her hips a lot and there are some lunges that are a bit hard on the knees. I know how you like to exercise EARLY in the morning. These ten-minute segments are a GREAT way to "wake up" the body and to get the blood circulating. I hope you enjoy the DVD!

i like the dvd cause you can customize it ..but that will be later when i get better ...im still a beginner and will be for some time...lol..but see the dvd as a great way to get a 10 min workout hopefully 3 times a day..that way would still get a 30 min workout of some kind...

Oh! Two more thoughts about that dance DVD. FISRT - Do you remember Richard Simmons' "Sweatin' to the Oldies"? Some of the moves on the first and segment remind me of the old Richard Simmons moves! He-he-he-he-he-he-he-he! SECOND - If you do the workout 3 times a day - you MIGHT get a little bit bored with the routines. Just a thought!
