wanted to add indiscretions. weds. half a coconut macaroon with real sugar and sweetened cocoanut. today I ate a whole cherry tomato from the garden. so good we are not allowed a whole lot, so much so that they were taken off the list. but I am off goal. I made my own version of coconut macaroon that is mostly on plan but I added unsweetened coconut. today I did an intermittent fast.
