So today begins my new workout routine. I have not worked out in over two months and when I was working out, it was so sporatic. Now after being at home for a week over the Thanksgiving Holiday (which by the way was incredible... I stuck to my guns and made great choices while enjoying every minute!)I am feeling a bit tired sitting at work right now. I would love to just go home and climb in bed early but I have to do this. I have to get active! I am determined to do at least one hour of cardio at least 3 times a week. I've got my sister, my girlfriend AND my mama coming to exercise with me tonight... cuz I know me and I'd find myself in bed, instead of on the treadmill if I didn't call in for back up, lol. Pray my strength, I gotta stay committed!
