Last week was rough. I was all over the place with my eating; from not wanting to eat to grazing like crazy. I'm going to look at the positive though. I didn't gain a whole pound and i'm not so demoralized that i can't bounce back. I know that things are still unsettled but i have some plans and i'm just gonna have to grin and bare it until things work out both with therapy and with my kitty, Ozzy. He's having adjustment problems mostlydo to being attacked by fleas and to my not handling things very well. I forgot he was a rescue kitten and his temperment is very timid. but "this too, shall pass." things will get better and i won't even think about what the consequences are if they don't. so there.
now, let's focus on getting rid of that .8 pound gain.

Thanks, you all. I appreciate the support and know you are right. Things are getting better slowly. My kitty actually used his liter box tonight. Thank you, Lord! i think it made us both feel better. he get's a treat and i get to smile.
