I couldn't believe it when I got on the scales this morning, and I have finally got down into the 60's. Seems like I've been in the 70's for so long. Gives me the little push I need to continue doing this diet thing, lol. I wish that I could get more serious about this, because I would be losing a little faster than I am. I want to make sure it stays off also.
