So far, this day has been going good. I ate my breakfast like I had planned around 7:30 this morning. At 10a.m., I ate a banana, which I should be doing around that time every day. I figure if I do that, and also eat a snack at 2p.m., I will help jump start my metabolism and lose more weight. I still need to go to 24 Hour Fitness and work out. I know that I need to at least get one hour of cardio in. Lunch will be somewhat of a challenge for me. I need to research what will give me the satisfaction of having eaten a good meal as well as keep calories and sodium down. I think I can do good. Maybe a mushroom chicken Panda Bowl with mixed veggies from Panda Express. I will have to check the stats on that. I know I will stick to my guns and eat correctly.
