Yay for small victories! I have not exercised at all because I am recovering from a strained back muscle. It is difficult enough just to walk.

So I have been able to lose a bit by cutting back my usual intake amounts and types.

I started the shake meal replacement (Atkins which I love) and of course, cutting out some bad food (rice and donuts) and bad habits (eating lots of dessert).

Onward!
233,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 43,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
Gewichtsafname van 2,7 kg per week
