oops just ate some M&Ms. I was falling asleep at my desk. Feeling oddly satisfied... but disappointed in the choice. Live and learn...

Replace those M&M's with almonds! Then you won't feel so guilty about snacking on a few. Not the end of the world though.

I'll second the almonds idea. Saves me from junk food every time! Blue Diamond has lots of seasoned almonds. Habanero BBQ is my favorite, Wasabi Soy Sauce is a close second!

I have almonds in my car! Why didn't I think of that! I'll remember to keep that in mind the next time the afternoon craving hits.
