WOE going well. Didn't show any loss since last weigh in, but I expected that. I wasn't exactly that strict over the holiday and I certainly didn't work out either over those 4 days so I'm happy I'm the same weight.
My dad says every time he sees me I'm getting thinner and thinner, and some of the other cast members mentioned last night how great I look in a sort of envious way. But it's not as if I've kept my diet a secret, in fact I tried to get a few of the other women to jump on board with me, but they lack the motivation.
I'm going to try real hard to stay on course over the weekend. I've been having some success eating more smaller meals instead of just three. I've split breakfast up, so I'll eat a yogurt, then about 2 hours later eat some fruit, then about 3 hours later eat my lunch. So far it seems to be working and I'm still not gaining even though my fruit of choice this week was bananas.
I've starting focusing more on my stomach lately in regards to exercise. I need to do some crunches everyday in order to get rid of my muffin top. I'm proud to say I did 45 crunches during my weight training yesterday instead of just 30 and I'm going try to get more in today as well.
